We’re seeking a commercially minded Pre-Sales Engineer who thrives in complex customer environments and can translate business challenges into scalable, cloud-based CX solutions.
This role sits at the centre of direct and channel sales, accelerating qualification, strengthening technical credibility, and improving win rates across enterprise and mid-market opportunities.
- Accelerate deal velocity across direct and channel sales.
- Reduce delivery risk through robust solution design.
- Surface risks early to avoid downstream impact.
- Produce high quality, High-Level Designs (HLDs) diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Ensure feasibility prior to commercial commitment.
