We're looking for skilled software engineers to help turn that vision into reality, particularly people who enjoy working on complex, data‐heavy systems, untangling legacy challenges, and building resilient, modern services that will underpin the company for years to come.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build and maintain a variety of robust, production‐grade software systems.
  • Take ownership of technical decisions end‐to‐end, from architecture through to delivery and operation.
  • Work closely with product development and teams across the business to translate requirements into pragmatic solutions.
  • Review code, mentor other engineers and set the standard for engineering quality and best practice.
  • Ensure systems are well‐maintained, observable, reliable, scalable and secure in production.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions across services, data, and integrations.
  • Balance greenfield development with thoughtful modernisation of legacy platforms.
  • Contribute to a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring:

  • At least 7 years of production software development experience.
  • A team‐focused attitude and a genuine passion for technology, whether through professional curiosity, continuous learning, or side projects.
  • Ability to design, reason about, and explain system architecture, including trade‐offs and constraints.
  • Strong problem‐solving skills and the ability to work effectively with ambiguous or evolving requirements.
  • Demonstrably strong knowledge of:
  • Golang
  • AWS or another cloud provider
  • Containerisation
  • Devops principles including CI/CD and infrastructure as code
  • SQL and NoSQL databases
  • The internet and web protocols (HTTP/DNS/TCP‐IP)
  • Great If You Have:
    • Full stack experience
    • Competency in other programming languages
    • Experience in the intellectual property or brand protection space
