QA Analyst
Location: Derby, UK (Hybrid - 5 days per week, minimum 2 days in office)
Position Overview
The QA Analyst supports the Quality Assurance function by reviewing evidential materials produced by the Revenue Recovery investigations team.
Working closely with Investigators and the QA Manager, the role helps ensure evidence generated through test purchases and investigative activities is accurate, complete, and suitable for inclusion within litigation-focused case builds. The position requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Evidence Review and Quality Assurance
- Review evidence generated by Investigators to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Verify that evidence packages comply with internal procedures, evidential requirements, and quality standards.
- Review exhibits, screenshots, test purchase documentation, and supporting materials for completeness and accuracy.
- Identify errors, omissions, inconsistencies, or evidential gaps and provide clear feedback to Investigators.
- Ensure evidential materials are appropriately documented and suitable for inclusion within litigation-focused case builds.
- Support the QA Manager in maintaining high evidential standards across the Revenue Recovery function.
Collaboration and Development
- Work closely with Investigators to improve the quality and consistency of evidential submissions.
- Escalate recurring quality issues and observations to the QA Manager.
- Support the implementation of QA processes, procedures, and quality standards.
- Build knowledge of case build processes, evidential requirements, and stakeholder engagement activities to support future progression within the Quality Assurance function.
- Maintain awareness of developments in online enforcement, litigation support, and intellectual property protection.
Administration and Compliance
- Maintain accurate records of QA reviews and findings.
- Assist with reporting and administrative activities where required.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies within large volumes of information.
- Strong written communication skills and ability to provide constructive feedback.
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across different teams and locations.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, investigations, compliance, legal support, or analytical work.
