This is a hands-on operational role and not solely a driving position. Alongside professional HGV driving duties, you will also be expected to:

  • Support yard operations when required
  • Assist with loading, unloading, and organising materials
  • Help maintain stock control and site logistics
  • Take pride in vehicle care, deliveries, and company equipment

If you are looking purely for a driving-only role, this may not be the right fit. However, you will never be expected to manage everything alone. The Role

You will play an important role in keeping projects running smoothly by transporting materials, supporting logistics, and assisting operational activities across our construction sites and yards. This is a varied role where no two days are the same.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Carrying out internal deliveries between company sites
  • Delivering materials to clients and suppliers
  • Operating HGV and company vehicles safely and professionally
  • Supporting loading and unloading activities
  • Assisting with yard operations and material organisation
  • Managing and controlling stock/equipment on sites
  • Following all health & safety procedures and company standards

Work Locations

Initial Base: IP Yard – Kingsfold, Horsham Wattlehurst Drive, Dorking Road, Kingsfold, Horsham RH12 3SD

Future Base: Dartford Yard – Erith 48 Wallhouse Road, Dartford, Erith DA8 2SP

Travel to various construction sites will also be required.

What We’re Looking For

  • Valid HGV Licence (Class 1 or Class 2)
  • Valid CPC qualification

  • Willingness to assist with operational and yard duties when required

Preferred:

  • Minimum 1 year HGV driving experience
  • Based near Kingsfold or surrounding areas
