We’re looking for a committed, hands‑on Production Supervisor to support the day‑to‑day running of our food manufacturing facility. In this role, you’ll help ensure production operates efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. If you’re a natural leader with strong organisational skills and experience in a production environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing and actively participating in daily production operations to ensure schedules, targets, and quality standards are consistently met.
  • In collaboration with a small team you will be producing award winning products, such as juice, cooking sauces, and pesto, within our production facility in Arreton.
  • Leading and motivating production staff to deliver high‑quality output.
  • Monitoring and enforcing quality assurance and food safety processes, including compliance with Salsa standards.
  • Ensuring all health & safety and hygiene procedures are strictly followed.
  • Managing raw materials, packaging, and resources to optimise efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and contributing to operational performance.
  • Maintaining accurate production records, traceability documentation, and reporting.
  • Providing weekend and shift cover where required.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have experience in production or manufacturing supervision.
  • Are physically fit and enjoy a “hands on” leadership style.
  • Are experienced in Food Safety Culture or excited to embark on full training and development in that area.
  • Are confident leading and motivating a team.
  • Are organised, proactive, methodical, and calm under pressure.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally at all levels.
  • Want to work in a continuous improvement and product development environment.

Working Hours

Standard: Monday to Friday, 1pm–9pm (December–March) April–November: Every other Saturday (10am–6pm) with a weekday off in those weeks. Flexibility required to meet production demands.
