We’re looking for a committed, hands‑on Production Supervisor to support the day‑to‑day running of our food manufacturing facility. In this role, you’ll help ensure production operates efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing and actively participating in daily production operations to ensure schedules, targets, and quality standards are consistently met.
  • In collaboration with a small team you will be producing award winning products, such as juice, cooking sauces, and pesto, within our production facility in Arreton.
  • Leading and motivating production staff to deliver high‑quality output.
  • Monitoring and enforcing quality assurance and food safety processes, including compliance with Salsa standards.
  • Ensuring all health and safety regulations are adhered to.
