As a Staff Software Engineer for JD Financial – Johnston located in Johnston, IA, you will:
- Drive architecture, technical strategy, and engineering excellence across multiple teams.
- Act as a technical multiplier, influencing architecture across multiple teams.
- Drive long term technical vision while balancing near term delivery.
- Lead design reviews, author ADRs, and set engineering standards.
