The Isle of Wight Youth Trust in Newport is seeking an Employment Skills Builder to support the DWP Youth Hub project for young people aged 16–25. You will use Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) to help young people access education, training and employment through one-to-one guidance, group workshops and digital engagement.
You will facilitate the Youth Trust’s Skills Builder course elements and work with the team to tailor sessions, monitor progress and improve content based on feedback.
