The Role: We intend to hire an ambitious, entrepreneurial sales professional with a track record of outperforming sales targets within SaaS, telco or technology with a proven network within the European Automotive industry. You will grow the use of our AI and automation technology in Europe and the UK. With the full support of software developers, data scientists, and technical support staff, this is a player-coach sales role initially which means we expect you to help build and implement the next generation of our go-to-market plans that meet or exceed sales targets. As you succeed, we intend to expand the sales team around you.

You will be focused on the following tasks:

  • Work with executive management to build and implement a go-to-market plan that includes researching target customers, conducting outreach, forecasts, and building budgets to support.
  • Build your own pipeline, and achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide input on, and assist with, the development of market-specific content and collateral necessary for the sales process.
  • Supporting existing marketplace and other technology partners ensuring win-win opportunities.
  • Internal weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting.
  • Keep CRM updated daily.

Your attitude, curiosity, analytical skills, and willingness to work hard are very important to us. Ideally you will have 5+ years of sales experience in the UK / European Automotive industry.

Essential Skills:

  • Quantifiable track record of outperforming sales targets.
  • Technical understanding of how our services are used by our customers and ability to translate the benefits into easy-to-understand language.
  • Metrics oriented.
  • Organized. Hit deadlines. History of following up on opportunities.
  • Familiar with project management tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English and another European language – ideally as a first language.
  • Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with the Office 365 Suite and CRM tools.
  • 5+ years sales experience in the Automotive industry.
  • Ability to travel within Europe and the UK.
  • Productive in a remote working environment.
