The Role: We’re looking for a technically capable, resourceful, and curious individual to join our Marketing team as a Junior Front End Developer. This is a hands-on role for someone with a few years of experience managing websites, ideally with exposure to homegrown or proprietary content management systems (CMS). You’ll be the go-to person for implementing website changes, maintaining integrations (such as lead capture via Zoho), and ensuring our website infrastructure supports marketing campaigns effectively across three languages (English, French, and Spanish).
In addition to technical tasks, we’re also looking for someone who is excited about the potential of AI tools to accelerate content creation and page deployment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow into a marketing technology specialist while being part of a small but impactful marketing team.
Responsibilities:
- Own the technical implementation, maintenance, and performance of the company website, built on a proprietary CMS/framework in multiple languages (English, French, Spanish).
- Support and enhance integrations with tools like Zoho CRM, OptinMonster, Termly, and GA4, among others.
- Maintain and improve attribution and tracking mechanisms (UTM schemes, Google Analytics, tag management, etc.).
- Implement and QA landing pages, site updates, and campaign-related changes in a timely and reliable manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design team to post monthly blogs and bring new pages online ensuring responsiveness and SEO best practices.
- Explore and implement AI tools and frameworks to streamline content generation, multi-language deployment, and performance optimization.
Essential Skills:
- 2–4 years of experience in web development, website operations, or a similar technical support role.
- Comfortable working with proprietary or custom CMS systems and modifying front-end code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and an understanding of attribution and event tracking.
- Familiarity with marketing technologies like OptInMonster, Zoho, or similar lead capture/CRM platforms.
- Strong understanding of how websites support marketing and lead generation.
- Detail-oriented and able to QA own work.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized. Hit deadlines.
- Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel within the UK.
- Productive in a remote work environment. (There will be periodic and required work days in London).
