The Role
We are seeking a skilled and results‑driven Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will oversee all stages of project planning and execution, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope. They will be managing software delivery timetables for different types of projects, small to large scale, from product to technical projects. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, an excellent communicator, and able to lead cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality results.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Initiation: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with organizational objectives. Develop detailed project plans and schedules. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and document project requirements.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate and motivate cross‑functional teams to ensure collaboration and timely completion of tasks. Allocate and manage resources effectively, ensuring optimal performance and productivity. Provide regular updates to team members and stakeholders about project status.
- Execution & Monitoring: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, holding people accountable for results. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Track and report on project progress, adjusting timelines and resources as necessary.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders. Organise and lead weekly project meetings, including kick‑offs, progress updates, and post‑mortems. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Quality Control & Documentation: Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards. Maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, schedules, and issue logs. Conduct project reviews and post‑project evaluations to identify areas for improvement. Contribute to the development and improvement of project management processes and best practices. Identify opportunities for automation and process optimisation.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
- Experience in a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Kanban, etc.).
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Wrike, Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of an organization.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem‑solving mindset and proactive approach to managing challenges.
Nice‑to‑have Skills
- Knowledge of resource management.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in other languages, such as French, Spanish or Italian.
