The Role
Our target customers are large companies that sell products or services which often involve a phone call or other interaction prior to purchase. An account executive at iovox has the potential for earning commission through the growth and expansion of existing customers in addition to revenue generated from new accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key people within customer accounts. Regularly communicating with them to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure they are happy and maximising their investment.
- New Business Development: Identify companies/opportunities that are currently not partnering with us in the UK, research them, identify the appropriate people internally and reach out with a view to meeting them and making them a happy customer.
- Account Planning and Strategy.
- Solution Selling and Upselling / Cross Selling.
- Issue Resolution and Support: Coordinating with internal teams (e.g., support, product, development) to address customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Performance and Reporting: Monitoring account performance, usage metrics, and customer satisfaction levels. Providing regular reports and updates to customers on the performance and value derived from the software solutions. Conducting business reviews to discuss progress, challenges, and future plans with clients.
Your attitude, curiosity, analytical skills, and willingness to work hard are very important to us. Ideally you will have 3-5 years (or more) of account management or sales experience in B2B enterprise software.
