We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex network infrastructure projects within a fast‑paced retail environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong project manager who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end delivery of network and infrastructure projects, from initiation through to handover.
- Lead project planning, scheduling, risk management, and reporting in line with PRINCE2 methodologies.
- Coordinate internal teams, third‑party vendors, and network engineers to ensure on‑time and on‑budget delivery.
- Oversee deployment, upgrade, and migration of network solutions, primarily using Cisco technologies.
- Ensure projects align with ITIL service management practices and operational readiness.
- Communicate effectively with retail business stakeholders, ensuring minimal disruption to store operations.
- Maintain clear documentation, governance, and change control throughout the project lifecycle.
