We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated IT professional with MSP experience, supporting and evolving a modern, secure, and EUC environment, acting as the go-to person and last stop for all EUC related incidents. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-pressure situations, enjoys solving complex technical problems, and communicates confidently with both clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, manage, and resolve complex technical issues, including high-priority escalations
- Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver reliable, secure IT solutions
- Support, maintain, and improve on-premise, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure environments
- Automate and optimise systems using scripting and best-practice frameworks
Core Skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage high-pressure escalations
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams
- Experience working in a structured support environment with familiarity with the ITIL framework
- Expert knowledge of Windows 10/11
- Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot, Azure AD
- Group Policy, Intune Configuration Policies, Microsoft Sentinel
- Microsoft Windows Server 2012-2022
- Virtualisation technologies, particularly Proxmox or Microsoft Hyper-V
- Public cloud solutions with hands-on experience in Azure or AWS
- Solution implementation, migration, and ongoing support
- Strong understanding of DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and security best practices
- Firewall exposure including Sophos, Cisco, Fortinet, and PF Sense
- Hands-on PowerShell scripting for automation and system management
- Desktop virtualisation experience (Citrix, VMware Horizon, Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop)
- Proven experience managing and troubleshooting AV solutions such as Sophos and Microsoft Defender
- Exposure to backup technologies including Veeam, Carbonite, SaaS Protect, and E-Vault
