We are looking for a Junior IT Support Analyst, which is a great opportunity for someone early in their IT career who enjoys problem-solving, supporting users, and developing their technical skills in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line and second-line technical support to end users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Support and maintain Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies in Active Directory
- Assist with basic networking tasks (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests
- Escalate complex issues where necessary and follow through to resolution
- Maintain clear documentation and contribute to knowledge bases
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a junior IT support/service desk role (or strong internship experience)
- Good working knowledge of Windows 10 & 11
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory (user management, password resets, permissions)
- Basic understanding of networking principles
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Desirable (but Not Essential):
- IT-related qualifications or certifications (e.g. CompTIA, Microsoft)
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Exposure to Office 365 / Microsoft 365
