We are looking for an AI Application Engineer to build AI-powered applications and agents that improve business workflows and productivity.
Working closely with business stakeholders, you will identify use cases, develop AI-driven solutions and integrate LLMs such as ChatGPT and Claude into internal applications.
This role suits a hands-on developer with practical AI project experience and a genuine interest in emerging AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop AI agents and LLM-powered applications for internal use.
- Implement agent loops, tool/function calling and integrations with external systems.
- Work with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into practical solutions.
- Integrate, test and improve AI tools and applications.
- Share knowledge of emerging AI technologies and best practices.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant software development or AI application experience.
- Hands-on experience building AI applications or LLM-based projects.
- Understanding of AI agents, tool/function calling and agent execution loops.
- Experience integrating LLM APIs, such as OpenAI or Anthropic.
- Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, PydanticAI or similar frameworks.
- Background in fintech, financial services or technology companies.
- Experience with API integrations and workflow automation.
