- Collaborate with volunteers, internal teams, and external partners to turn technical expertise into engaging, life‑saving sessions.
- Take the lead on ensuring every event is delivered on time, within budget, and to a high professional standard.

- Strong project management: Highly organised and capable of juggling multiple projects and budgets with precision.
- Great communication: Ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders, external agencies, and dedicated volunteers.
- Digital confidence: Understand how to make virtual and on‑demand learning just as impactful as a live conference.
- A knack for problem‑solving: Constantly looking for ways to differentiate offerings and ensure events support IOSH’s wider goals.
- An analytical mind: Uses data to prove the value of events and refine future strategy.
- Membership of, or working towards membership of, a relevant professional body is desirable.
