Senior Domiciliary Care Assistant – Barry – Full Time
IOS Care are growing rapidly, we require two senior domiciliary care assistants to work in Barry and the surrounding areas. We provide care and support to vulnerable adults who live in their own homes and are looking for two experienced staff members to join our team.
Responsibilities
- train and mentor new care staff, provide a high level of care and support to our service users, initial assessments, report directly to the registered manager, spot checks and administering medication.
Benefits and Training
- provide you with full training, a QCF level 3, 4 or 5 in Health and Social Care, ongoing support, a uniform, company pension and an excellent rate of pay.
Requirements
- be an experienced carer with a driving licence and car.
IOS Care will support the successful candidates in achieving promotion to supervisory and managerial positions in the future. We will also consider part time applicants for this post.
