Your Mission
We're looking for a Sales Director who can move across Europe's financial hubs with the confidence of someone switching between languages mid-sentence. Someone who understands the differences between Frankfurt formality, Parisian precision, and Benelux pragmatism—and knows how to sell into all three.
If your comfort zone includes talking fund structures one minute and platform architecture the next, keep reading.
This isn't a "manage a spreadsheet" sales role. It's a build relationships, open doors, command rooms, and close deals kind of role.
What You'll Own
- Drive new business across Private Equity, Asset Management, and Wealth—from first conversation to signed contract.
- Create your go-to-market plan for DACH, French, and Benelux regions—and execute it with conviction.
- Build deep relationships with CIOs, COOs, Heads of Innovation, and Investment Ops leaders.
- Navigate complex enterprise SaaS sales with ease, clarity, and strategic finesse.
- Collaborate tightly with London-based leadership, product teams, and marketing to shape regional growth.
- Become the face of the business in core European markets—trusted, respected, and impossible to ignore.
Who You Are
- A seasoned sales pro with 7–10+ years selling into PE, Asset Managers, or Wealth Managers.
- Fluent in complex-value SaaS sales, long cycles, and multi-stakeholder enterprise decisions.
- A natural relationship builder—credible with senior financial executives.
- Multilingual: French and/or Italian strongly preferred (German a bonus).
- A sharp communicator who can pitch, demo, negotiate, and story-tell in equal measure.
- Equally comfortable in London boardrooms, cafés in Paris, or Zooms with Zurich.
- Ambitious, disciplined, and energized by big targets and bigger wins.
Why This Role Matters
This is not "another Sales Director role." You'll be shaping the company's European footprint—entering new markets, strengthening existing ones, and creating commercial pathways with some of the most influential financial institutions in the world.
Leadership visibility? High. Impact? Immediate. Upside? Significant.
What You Get
- £130–140k salary + strong commission plan
- London-based role with flexible hybrid working
- Influence, autonomy, and clear runway to grow your region
- Smart, collaborative, international team
- A product you'll genuinely be proud to sell
If this sounds like you... Let's talk. Bring your languages, your ambition, and your European sales mastery. We'll bring a platform worth talking about.
