We’re working with a leading global investment technology business undergoing significant growth across its private markets and real assets division. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background delivering technology and transformation projects across alternative investments, private markets, and real estate investment operations. The Role
- You will lead end-to-end project delivery across strategic client implementations, platform transformations, and operational change initiatives within the alternatives investment space.
- Working closely with clients, internal delivery teams, product specialists, and senior stakeholders, you will play a key role in ensuring successful execution across complex investment technology programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycle delivery across private markets and real asset technology initiatives.
- Lead client-facing implementation and transformation programmes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across technology, operations, product, and business stakeholders.
- Drive project governance, planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Work closely with investment operations and portfolio management teams.
- Ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Support strategic change initiatives across alternative investment platforms and operating models.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within investment management technology environments.
- Strong exposure to private markets, alternative assets, and/or real estate investment operations.
- Experience working with institutional asset managers, investment platforms, or financial technology vendors.
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of investment operations and front-to-back workflows.
- Ability to manage complex enterprise delivery programmes.
- Experience working across both business and technical teams.
