Our client is a leading global FinTech organisation providing high-quality liquidity solutions and institutional trading infrastructure to the digital assets and crypto market making ecosystem. As institutional adoption across digital assets continues to accelerate, they are seeking a commercially driven Sales Director to expand strategic relationships across crypto market makers, exchanges, proprietary trading firms, OTC desks, and institutional liquidity participants globally.

This is a senior, highly visible front-office commercial role focused on driving new business revenue, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding the firm’s footprint within the institutional crypto trading landscape. The environment is entrepreneurial, fast-moving, and performance-driven. We are looking for someone who understands both the pace of crypto markets and the sophistication required to sell into institutional trading environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive new business growth across crypto market makers, exchanges, OTC trading firms, proprietary trading firms, hedge funds, and institutional digital asset participants.
  • Develop and manage strategic client relationships across the institutional crypto ecosystem.
  • Identify commercial opportunities across liquidity provision, trading infrastructure, execution services, and market connectivity solutions.
  • Work closely with internal trading, product, and leadership teams to position solutions effectively.
  • Navigate sophisticated multi-stakeholder sales cycles within highly technical trading environments.
  • Maintain strong market awareness across digital assets, market structure, institutional adoption, and liquidity trends.
  • Represent the business externally across industry conferences, client meetings, and strategic market discussions.
Required Experience:
  • Proven track record in institutional crypto sales, electronic trading sales, capital markets sales, or digital assets business development.
  • Strong understanding of crypto market structure and institutional trading workflows.
  • Existing relationships across market makers, exchanges, liquidity providers, OTC desks, or proprietary trading firms.
  • Experience selling complex financial technology, liquidity, execution, or trading solutions.
  • Highly commercial and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Strong new business hunting capability with a proactive approach to revenue generation.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-growth, high-performance environments.
Preferred Background:
  • Experience within crypto market making, prime brokerage, institutional digital assets, electronic trading, or capital markets infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of liquidity provision, API trading environments, execution services, or derivatives markets.
  • Existing network across institutional digital assets participants globally.
