A high-growth, globally expanding trading technology SaaS provider is seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Sales Director to spearhead enterprise sales across the UK and Europe.
This is a high-impact strategic role for a seasoned sales leader who understands the demands of trading environments, market infrastructure, and the technology shaping next-generation execution and workflow systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise sales across banks, brokers, asset managers, hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, and fintech trading venues.
- Own and manage the full sales lifecycle β prospecting, demos, stakeholder orchestration, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
- Develop targeted go-to-market strategies tailored to trading desks, market-structure verticals, and high-value SaaS use cases.
- Build, deepen, and actively expand C-suite and senior stakeholder relationships across front-office, technology, operations, and procurement.
- Partner closely with pre-sales, product, and engineering to position the platform effectively and ensure strong solution alignment.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management while driving continuous revenue growth.
- Represent the company at industry events, trading forums, networking sessions, and client workshops.
- Provide market intelligence and client feedback to influence the product roadmap and strengthen competitive positioning.
About You
- 8+ years of successful enterprise SaaS sales experience, ideally within trading technology, electronic trading, market infrastructure, OMS/EMS, risk systems, or capital-markets platforms.
- Strong network across UK/EU buy-side and sell-side trading organisations.
- Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with Tier 1 and mid-tier financial institutions.
- Ability to translate sophisticated trading technology into clear, compelling commercial narratives.
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial instincts, pipeline discipline, and high energy.
- Excellent communicator β confident in front of traders, CTOs, COOs, and procurement teams.
- Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and highly comfortable working in a fast-growth, scaling environment.
