We’re working with a leading global investment technology business undergoing significant growth across its private markets and real assets division. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background delivering technology and transformation projects across alternative investments, private markets, and real estate investment operations. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected organisation delivering complex solutions to some of the world’s leading asset managers and institutional investment firms.
The Role
You will lead end-to-end project delivery across strategic client implementations, platform transformations, and operational change initiatives within the alternatives investment space. Working closely with clients, internal delivery teams, product specialists, and senior stakeholders, you will play a key role in ensuring successful execution across complex investment technology programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycle delivery across private markets and real asset technology initiatives
- Lead client-facing implementation and transformation programmes
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across technology, operations, product, and business stakeholders
- Drive project governance, planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication
- Work closely with investment operations and portfolio management teams
- Ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines
- Support strategic change initiatives across alternative investment platforms and operating models
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within investment management technology environments
- Strong exposure to private markets, alternative assets, and/or real estate investment operations
- Experience working with institutional asset managers, investment platforms, or financial technology vendors
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of investment operations and front-to-back workflows
- Ability to manage complex enterprise delivery programmes
- Experience working across both business and technical teams
