We are partnering with a leading banking technology / FinTech provider delivering innovative software solutions to banks and financial institutions globally. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a Partnerships Manager to build and manage strategic alliances across the banking and financial services ecosystem.

The Role

  • Developing and managing strategic partnerships with:
  • Banks
  • System integrators (SIs)
  • Driving joint go-to-market initiatives and revenue opportunities
  • Identifying and executing partner-led sales opportunities
  • Building relationships with senior stakeholders across:
    • Product
    • Technology teams
  • Managing the full partnership lifecycle from onboarding to expansion
  • Collaborating with internal sales, product and marketing teams
  • Risk, compliance and regulatory technology
  • SaaS / Cloud-based financial software
  • Requirements

    • 10+ years’ experience in Partnerships / Alliances / Business Development within:
    • FinTech
    • Banking software
  • Strong understanding of the banking ecosystem
  • Experience working with:
    • Banks
    • Consulting firms / system integrators
  • Proven ability to drive partner-led revenue and growth
  • Strong stakeholder management and commercial acumen
  • High-growth FinTech software platform
