The role involves working across the full client lifecycle — from first presales conversation to live onboarding — helping FX trading firms, banks, and brokers understand, implement, and get value from a sophisticated trading technology platform. That means:
- Joining sales calls and running technical demos that actually answer the hard questions
- Scoping integrations, talking through architecture, and translating client requirements into workable solutions
- Guiding clients through onboarding — connectivity, configuration, testing, go-live
- Being the technical voice in the room that clients trust and internal teams rely on
You're not handed a script. You're expected to understand the product deeply, think on your feet, and build credibility with technical and commercial stakeholders alike.
What you'll need:
