London / Europe (Remote) £90–120k base + OTE (flexible depending on experience). We’re partnering with a high-growth banking technology / fintech platform to appoint Account Executives across London and Europe. This is a new business, revenue-generating role focused on selling cutting-edge technology solutions into banks, financial institutions, and fintechs across EMEA.
The Role
You’ll own the full sales cycle, targeting senior stakeholders across banking and financial services, driving new logo acquisition and expanding existing relationships. This role requires a strong enterprise sales mindset, combining pipeline generation, consultative selling, and deal execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business across banks, digital banks, and financial institutions
- Own the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing
- Sell banking technology / SaaS / fintech solutions into enterprise clients
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders (CIO, CTO, Head of Digital, COO)
- Develop and execute a go-to-market (GTM) strategy across EMEA
- Manage and grow a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities
- Collaborate with product, pre-sales, and delivery teams to win complex deals
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Executive / Sales Executive in banking technology, fintech, or SaaS
- Track record of selling into banks, financial institutions, or regulated environments
- Experience managing enterprise sales cycles and closing high-value deals
- Strong understanding of core banking, payments, lending, or digital transformation
- Commercially driven with a consistent record of hitting or exceeding targets
- Ability to operate across UK and/or European markets
