A global technology provider supporting major financial institutions is looking to hire a Client Manager in London to drive commercial growth across a portfolio of strategic clients. This role sits within the accounts team and combines relationship management, commercial expansion, and strategic client development across large enterprise clients. You will work closely with leadership, professional services, and support teams to strengthen client partnerships and identify new opportunities within existing accounts. This is a highly visible role suited to someone who enjoys building trusted relationships, navigating complex organisations, and growing accounts over time.

You will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key financial services clients, ensuring strong engagement while identifying opportunities to expand services and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and growing strategic client relationships
  • Identifying opportunities for commercial expansion within existing accounts
  • Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across client organisations
  • Navigating complex IT and business environments within financial institutions
  • Working closely with delivery, support, and professional services teams to maximise client value
  • Representing the firm with clients through meetings, networking, and industry events

Key experience:

  • Experience managing or growing enterprise technology accounts
  • Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities
  • Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams
  • Good understanding of software environments, IT architecture, and enterprise systems
  • Awareness of financial budgeting cycles and commercial processes
  • Experience working with financial institutions or regulated industries
  • Experience working with tier-one or tier-two banks would be beneficial but is not essential.
