- Understanding of business systems and processes (e.g. Finance or HR)
- Experience supporting platforms such as Finance or HR systems, Jira/Confluence, Microsoft products (including PowerApps and Power BI), or bespoke applications
- Awareness of cloud environments such as AWS or Azure
- Working knowledge of SQL, with the ability to run queries and investigate data issues
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Skills and behaviours:
- Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to engage a range of stakeholders
- Strong organisation and time‑management skills
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
- A supportive and approachable style when working with colleagues

- Health and wellbeing: 33+ days holiday (including bank holidays) plus an extra day’s leave to use for a moment that matters to you, a 35‑hour working week, life assurance, cycle‑to‑work scheme, dental insurance, health care cash plan, and a great positive working environment.
- Flexibility: a flexible hybrid working environment to suit everyone’s needs – we don’t require daily office presence so we can consider applicants from further afield who can travel to Bristol at least once per quarter and team in‑person days, depending on when face‑to‑face time is needed (travel to the Bristol office is at the employee’s own expenses).
