We are building the next generation of Hosting & Mail products greenfield from the ground up and need additional software developers to help build these platforms. In this key role, you will be designing and delivering scalable, secure components that directly impact the experience of over 6 million customers, and driving predictable, high-quality delivery through effective agile practices.
We use modern development stacks and a range of languages, predominantly .NET for our front-end APIs and backend services and React/NextJS for our modern user interfaces. We work agile in our software teams with full ownership of the services we offer. As a team, we always strive for the highest quality software development practices. This includes leveraging generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Copilot) for rapid prototyping, code analysis, and test-driven development, continuously improving development practices (including code quality, automated testing, CI/CD, and DevOps maturity), and performing secure software development, using security-first thinking and SSDLC principles into everyday engineering, which also includes performing code reviews of your AI-produced code and that of your peers.
Hours/Work Pattern: 40/week, Monday to Friday Office-based, hybrid working 2-3 days/week (with flexible start/end times to help you balance life and work)
Salary and Benefits:

Required Experience:
- Strong C#/.NET skills (API experience a plus) or React/NextJS
- Solid grasp of OO design, clean coding, and testing techniques
- Experience in distributed systems and Git workflows
- Experience using Copilot, Claude, Gemini or equivalents to accelerate software delivery in a .NET or NextJS environment
- Familiarity with Python, Golang, Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, and Grafana is a plus—but don’t worry if you’re not an expert in all of them. We work with a broad and evolving tech stack, and you’ll have plenty of opportunities to get hands-on with these tools in real-world scenarios.
