About the role
As part of our team, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing top‑notch service via phone, chat, and email. Whether it's billing inquiries, troubleshooting, or general support, you'll be there offering outstanding customer service. We also want you to think ahead of our customers' needs – we offer an array of services for them and we want you to make sure they are aware and have the right solution in place (we’ll also give you commission if they upgrade or take on something new).
No previous experience is required – we provide full training from day one. We’re looking for go‑getters with:

Working Hours & Flexibility
The internet doesn’t sleep, and sometimes our customers don’t either! To offer 24/7 support we need specialists to be willing to work a shift pattern that may include weekends, and to be available for rare out‑of‑hours support if required (e.g., if our offshore support team needs help).
