- We are currently seeking an experienced
Site Manager for a permanent opportunity based in Stockport.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction projects on-site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of construction sites
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site activities
- Ensure projects are delivered safely and to programme
- Monitor quality, progress and workmanship
- Carry out site inductions, toolbox talks and inspections
- Liaise with the Project Manager, clients and subcontractors
- Maintain accurate site records and health & safety documentation
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Site Manager within construction
- Valid SMSTS
- Valid CSCS Card
- First Aid at Work certificate
- Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Work-based references
