Responsibilities:
- Oversee night-time refurbishment works on-site
- Manage subcontractors and ensure work is delivered safely and on schedule
- Maintain site health & safety standards at all times
- Conduct site inductions, briefings, and toolbox talks
- Monitor progress and report to senior management
- Ensure quality control across all works
Requirements:
- Valid SMSTS
- First Aid at Work (3-day course)
- CSCS Card
- Asbestos Awareness Certificate
- Proven experience managing refurbishment projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
