Salary: We are working with a well-established contractor delivering a Strip Out and Fit Out project in Manchester. Due to ongoing project wins, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee works from start to completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and coordinate all on-site activities for the strip out and fit out works
- Manage subcontractors, materials, and logistics to meet deadlines
- Maintain high health & safety standards across the site
- Liaise with clients and project teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Report on progress, issues, and resolutions in a timely manner
- Experience delivering commercial fit out and/or strip out projects
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Ability to manage fast-paced environments
