We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join a leading housebuilding team in Cheshire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver the full commercial function of projects from inception to completion
- Prepare cost plans, estimates, and budgets for residential developments
- Conduct tender analysis and manage subcontractor agreements
- Monitor project costs and provide regular reporting to senior management
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior QS within housebuilding or residential construction
- Strong knowledge of commercial and contractual processes
