Salary: Up to 49,825 (including SEN allowance)

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual learner needs.
- Develop and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and monitor pupil progress.

- Work collaboratively with parents, carers, therapists and external agencies.
- Promote positive behaviour, social development, communication skills and independent living skills.
