Renewables administrator required for a start in a small team based in St Helens. Will be providing administrative support to a renewables team, so experience working in a similar role will be beneficial.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain CRM systems and project trackers with accurate, real-time updates for scheduled renewable energy installations.
- Prepare customer and client handover packs in accordance with MCS requirements.
- Respond to inbound customer enquiries, directing queries to the appropriate department where required.
- Process completed material orders and maintain accurate delivery records.
- Support the preparation of compliance documentation and certification.
- Submit pre- and post-installation DNO notifications using information provided by the technical team.
- Maintain accurate project records, schedules, and administrative documentation.
- Obtain installation photographs to support compliance requirements and liaise with compliance teams to ensure documentation is complete.
- Download, organise, and maintain relevant information from internal and external systems.
- Effectively manage and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
- Act as the first point of contact for the renewables telephone line, providing a professional and efficient customer service experience.
