The Role

We are looking for an experienced and commercially focused Regional Supply Chain Manager to support the development and delivery of a high-performing regional supply chain strategy. Working closely with operational, estimating and commercial teams, you will lead the identification, implementation and management of a tiered supply chain across materials, manufacturers, indirect suppliers and subcontractors. You will also take responsibility for selected national supply categories, helping to drive best value, resilience, innovation and compliance across the business. This is a strategic and collaborative role suited to someone who understands market dynamics, supplier performance and commercial risk, and can build strong relationships both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional supply chain strategies aligned to business objectives and operational requirements
  • Build and manage supplier and subcontractor partnerships to optimise performance, value and service delivery
  • Monitor supplier performance and manage commercial risk through effective reporting and analytics
  • Support tendering activities, contract mobilisations and regional business growth initiatives
