We are looking for an experienced Painting Site Manager to oversee painting and decorating projects across Gateshead, Middlesbrough, and the surrounding areas. This is a mobile role, requiring travel between multiple sites, with a company van and fuel card provided.
Requirements
- Previous painting and decorating experience or strong industry knowledge
- Valid SMSTS certificate
- Valid CSCS card
- First Aid certification
- Manual Handling certificate
- Asbestos Awareness certificate
- Working at Height certification
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard
