An established interior refurbishment contractor is seeking an experienced and reliable Contracts Manager to lead project delivery across the North West.
This is a hands-on position suited to someone with strong construction knowledge and programming experience. You will oversee multiple projects, coordinate teams, and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple refurbishment projects from planning through to completion
- Develop and maintain project programmes and schedules
- Coordinate subcontractors and internal teams
- Measure, plan, and order fitted furniture installations
- Monitor site quality and ensure health & safety compliance
- Support and guide junior project staff when required
- Strong trade background (ideally joinery) with hands-on experience
- Proven project management experience in construction
- Proficient in kitchen measuring and planning
- Valid SSSTS/SMSTS and CSCS card
- Good IT skills (Excel, Microsoft Project or similar)
- Full UK driving licence (max 6 points)
- Reliable, flexible, and proactive approach
- Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
- Company van and fuel card (business use)
