We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our team, working on a range of historic and traditional buildings, including Grade II listed properties. This is a great opportunity for someone who has genuine experience working on listed buildings and understands the care, attention to detail and specialist considerations that come with heritage projects.
Location: Ideally Warrington / Northwich
Travel: Projects across Yorkshire & Cumbria
Accommodation: Provided when staying away
Office: Minimum 1 day per week
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager
- Previous experience working on Grade II listed buildings – essential
- Experience working on older, traditional or heritage properties
- Strong knowledge of managing sites, subcontractors and trades
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A full UK driving licence
- Flexibility to travel and stay away during the working week
