Manchester | Hospital / Healthcare Environment Reactive Remedial Works We are looking for an experienced Finishing Site Foreman to join our team working on a major reactive remedial works contract within a live hospital environment in Manchester.This is a hands-on supervisory role, responsible for coordinating finishing trades and subcontractors and ensuring reactive works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. The Role Supervising reactive remedial and finishing works across the hospital. Managing and coordinating trades and subcontractors. Overseeing plastering, drylining, decorating, joinery, flooring, ceilings, tiling and general making-good. Managing snagging and defect rectification.Coordinating multiple reactive jobs and prioritising urgent works. Liaising with the hospital Estates/Facilities Management team. Ensuring works are completed in accordance with RAMS, specifications and client requirements. Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, quality and Health amp; Safety.Working within a live healthcare environment while minimising disruption to patients, staff and visitors. Completing daily records, photographs and job close-out documentation. We are looking for someone with: Previous experience as a Finishing Foreman, Site Foreman or Supervisor. Strong knowledge of construction finishing and remedial works.Experience managing multiple trades and subcontractors. Good understanding of Health amp; Safety and site procedures.Excellent communication and organisational skills. The ability to work under pressure and manage reactive works effectively. Experience within a hospital, healthcare or other live environment would be highly advantageous. CSCS and SSSTS/SMSTS preferred. Competitive day rate / salary available depending on experience
