We are currently recruiting for an experienced Permanent Plumber to join a well-established client based in Manchester, delivering high-quality office fit-out projects across the North West. This role offers long-term stability, excellent benefits, and varied commercial work.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Installation of hot and cold water systems within commercial buildings
- Installation of above-ground drainage systems
- Installation of commercial washrooms and shower facilities
- Installation of heating systems, including gas boilers and ASHPs
- Interpreting drawings, marking up, and setting out pipework and equipment
- Ensuring compliance with company health & safety policies and safe working practices
Requirements
- Time-served apprenticeship or equivalent
- City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 (or above)
- Valid CSCS Skills Card (Plumbing or HVAC)
- Water Regulations Certificate
- Proven experience working in commercial environments
- 5–10+ years’ experience working as a Commercial Plumber
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive individual who can use their own initiative
