We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Team Member to work across a portfolio of commercial buildings, supporting the day-to-day maintenance and presentation of shared spaces and facilities. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone with a positive, can-do attitude who enjoys working as part of a team and takes pride in maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high standards of presentation across building entrances, grounds and all common areas including corridors, lifts, toilets and showers
  • Carry out opening and locking up of buildings where required
  • Prepare meeting rooms and serviced spaces in advance for customer use
  • Complete vacant suite checks and ensure spaces are maintained to a high standard
  • Undertake planned preventative maintenance tasks including fire testing, water temperature checks and emergency lighting
  • Carry out regular building inspections and standard checks
  • Monitor and complete maintenance jobs
  • Act on immediate health & safety concerns (training provided)
