- We are currently seeking an experienced
Site Manager for a short-term contract in Lancaster. The role will involve overseeing site operations and ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations and subcontractors
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard
- Coordinate trades, materials, and site logistics
- Monitor progress and report updates to the project team
- Maintain health & safety compliance across the site
- Carry out site inspections and toolbox talks
- Maintain accurate site records and documentation
Requirements
- First Aid at Work certificate (essential)
- Previous Site Management experience within construction
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Work-based references to confirm previous experience
