We are currently recruiting for an experienced Tenant Liaison Officer (TLO) to support a project based in Hull, starting 1st July for an initial 4-week contract.
Location: Hull
Start Date: 1st July
Duration: 4 Weeks
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for tenants and residents
- Provide regular updates regarding planned works and schedules
- Arrange appointments and access to properties
- Manage resident queries, concerns and complaints professionally
- Support vulnerable residents where required
- Liaise closely with site teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Tenant Liaison Officer or Resident Liaison Officer
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience within social housing or construction environments preferred
- Full UK driving licence advantageous
