  • We are currently seeking an experienced

Multi-Skilled Joiner for work on a new build housing development in Hawarden. The role will primarily involve snagging and finishing works.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out snagging and finishing works on new build properties
  • Complete joinery repairs and adjustments
  • Rectify defects ahead of property handovers
  • Carry out minor multi-skilled works as required
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Requirements

  • Previous new build housing experience
  • Strong joinery and finishing skills
  • Own tools and PPE
  • Work-based references

Pay

£22.50 per hour CIS
