We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver an M&E refurbishment project within a live commercial office environment. The role will involve managing the replacement and upgrade of key building services, including boilers, chillers, AHUs, pumps and BMS controls, while coordinating subcontractors, programme, quality, health & safety and commissioning activities.
Candidates should have experience delivering M&E or building services projects, ideally within occupied commercial buildings, and be confident managing mechanical and electrical packages from installation through to testing, commissioning and handover. Experience with HVAC plant replacement, plant room refurbishments, BMS upgrades, stakeholder management and live-environment working is highly desirable.
