We are seeking a Fire Protection Site Manager to oversee projects in both social housing and commercial sectors. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in fire protection systems and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation, inspection, and maintenance of passive protection systems
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to fire safety regulations
- Coordinate daily site activities and manage workforce scheduling
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in fire protection or a similar role
- Good knowledge of fire protection systems
- Familiarity with Building Regulations (e.g., Approved Document B)
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to multiple sites
- SMSTS/CSCS certification (or equivalent)
- First Aid training is desirable, but training will be provided for the right candidate
