The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Site Manager to support the delivery of a kitchen refurbishment contract across Shropshire and the surrounding areas.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing works across multiple sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, to a high standard of quality and within the required programme.
This is a hands‑on site management role requiring someone who is confident coordinating subcontractors, managing day‑to‑day site activities and maintaining excellent standards of customer care.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee kitchen refurbishment works across multiple sites.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site-based teams.
- Ensure works are delivered in line with programme, specification and quality requirements.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety and environmental compliance across all sites.
- Carry out regular site inspections and monitor workmanship and progress.
- Manage site activities, resources and sequencing to minimise disruption and delays.
- Identify and resolve site issues promptly and effectively.
- Liaise with clients, customers, subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
- Maintain accurate site records, reports and relevant project documentation.
- Ensure sites are kept safe, clean and well organised throughout the works.
- Provide regular updates on progress, risks, issues and completion.
- Support the successful handover and completion of works to the required standard.
About You
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager with a proven track record of managing refurbishment or construction projects, ideally with experience in kitchen refurbishment or similar residential works
