We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Electrical Contracts Manager to join our clients award-winning team. Based at our Head Office in Wigan, you will be responsible for a team delivering projects and day to day maintenance throughout the UK.
Role overview:
- Managing and mentoring members of the office based and engineer regional teams.
- Ensure health and safety compliance is always maintained on sites and work locations including completing and issuing relevant RAMS where required.
- Dealing with customer enquiries and concerns promptly.
- Meet clients, assess work and produce quotations and deliver within budget.
- Taking reports and implementing procedural decisions to improve KPIs and ways of working.
- Ensure the highest quality of service is being provided by our engineers and sub-contractors.
- Work closely with the Contract Support Team to ensure required information is collated and added to the system.
- Validation of test certificates produced by engineers.
- The role is predominantly office based however occasional site visits will be required.
- Candidates must have an electrical background and a passion for customer service.
In addition, the following skills and qualifications are either required or desirable:
- 17th or 18th Edition wiring Regulations – Required
- C&G 2391 Test and inspection – Required
- ECS / CSCS Card – Required
